Got into a car accident in Vegas. Bob K's office is in Los Angeles. And I am from the Bay Area. Nice guy. Is GOOD at what he does. But I have to give the MOST credit to his assistant, Shirley. When I first spoke to her on the phone, she was wayyyyyyy too nice. She kept me updated. And I tried to keep my end, by keeping her and Bob updated as well. I cannot even explain how much of a great job she did. For my case, it was difficult because she did not have a lot of resources in the Bay Area.
